You can request a taxi upon arrival at the Bangkok airport (BKK) to Hua Hin
Note you can also request a taxi from anywhere in the city of Bangkok for those staying a few days there prior to heading down
Price range from 1800 Thai Baht

Private Car / Van‍

You can also book a private car in advance or share a Van from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or anywhere in Bangkok - Website: Hua Hin Transfers
Prices range from 2200-2750 Thai Baht (~65-80 USD)

Van/Bus Service (Company called “Nanain Tour” on Platform Number 18)

Bangkok --> Hua Hin: From the Sukhumvit area you can use the van service departing from Ekkamai Bus Station
Hua Hin --> Bangkok: Van service departs from  “Baan Sukasem” (Family Beach House) and will take you back to Ekkamai Bus Station
Service operates every two hours starting at 5 am - 7 pm in both directions
Price is 200 Thai baht (one way)

While you are in Hua Hin, you can use local taxi:‍

Parked all day and evening in front of "Blue Port" shopping mall and can fit up to 12 people
The rate 150 - 200 Thai baht per trip with in Hua Hin area
